Marketing Readiness Score privacy notice

This notice explains how iEnt Digital handles information provided through the Marketing Readiness Score. The public assessment does not ask for your personal name, email address or telephone number.

Information we collect

We collect the business name, industry, location, team-size range, years-in-business range, marketing-budget range, current advertising status, activation readiness, assessment answers, optional comments, calculated results and basic usage events. A business name may still identify an individual where the business is operated by a sole trader.

How we use it

We use this information to generate the readiness score and PDF report, improve the diagnostic, understand common business needs, maintain the service and review anonymous business opportunities in the restricted administrator dashboard.

Storage and retention

Assessment records are retained for up to 12 months. Basic usage events are retained for up to 90 days. The application automatically removes records older than those periods during normal operation. A temporary assessment draft may also be stored in your browser so you can continue after leaving the page; it is removed after completion.

Access and service providers

Assessment records are available only to authorized iEnt Digital administrators. The application uses OpenAI Sites and its underlying hosting and database infrastructure to operate the service. We do not use the assessment to collect contact details or sell a contact list.

External booking and service pages

If you choose to book a call or explore services, you will leave this assessment and visit iEnt Digital’s main website. Information you provide there is handled under the privacy practices of that website and its service providers.

Questions or deletion requests

To ask a privacy question or request deletion of a business assessment, email hello@ientdigital.com. Include the business name and approximate completion date so we can locate the record without requesting unnecessary personal information.
